I Believe.

I believe you can do anything you set your mind to.
Whether that be trying out for a cheer-leading team you think you can't get on, or singing in front of people.
If you believe in yourself, you can do anything.

When I was just started 6th grade, I REALLY wanted to go out for my middle school dance team.
Of course, I was extremely nervous like any other kid who was just starting in a new school, who didn't know a lot of kids, but was passionate about dance.
I took all of my fear and put it into asking a popular, beautiful girl who was 2 years older than me and was on  the dance team, where and when I could go try-out.
I was so nervous talking to this girl, it turns out, she was the sweetest person I have ever met!
What I'm saying, is even though I was nervous, I went for it and asked about dance.
And in the long run, it was so worth it.
We ended up becoming friends and she showed me to the dance studio.
I met my new coaches Sophie and Bethany.
They were super pretty college kids and I was super afraid of speaking to them, thinking that they would shut me down and send me home feeling sorry for myself.
But I gathered the courage and told them how I felt about dance, and how much I wanted to try-out.
They taught me some across-the-floors.(which is turning and leaping across the floor to see what I could do.)
They were impressed for my age, and told me when class started, and to join them.
After having the confidence to go out for dance team, that only made me more confident in other situations.
Like talking to new people, and doing more things.

To wrap it all up, I believe if you truly love something, you can overcome the fear, and build up enough confidence to create something great.
All you have to do, is believe.
